I handle the straightforward work and the jobs that need board-level diagnosis, component replacement or damaged-trace repair. Tell me the symptoms and I will give you a clear first answer.
UK mail-in only. There are no walk-ins or public drop-offs, and you should not post a device until I accept the request.
If your exact fault is not listed, send a request. A useful description matters more than choosing the perfect category.
Screens, batteries, charging faults, ports, liquid damage and board-level faults across supported models.

Hardware and software work, from ordinary replacement parts to power, charging and board-level diagnosis.

HDMI, USB-C, power, cooling and board work for supported PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo hardware.

Repairs and lawful upgrades completed with calibration and functional testing before return.
Careful operating-system work where the storage is readable and the request does not require specialist recovery.
Each one explains the symptoms, how the repair is carried out, the published price and where that price stops.
I inspect the symptoms, identify the failed area and explain whether the sensible route is a normal part replacement, a board repair or no repair at all. Where a port has lifted pads or torn traces, that extra reconstruction is quoted before I continue.
How parts and proof workI do not offer specialist data recovery, password or security bypasses, piracy or circumvention work. I also will not ask you to post a device with a swollen, punctured, burnt, smoking, hot or otherwise unsafe battery.
Liquid-damage cleaning is an attempt to stabilise and assess the device, not a promise that it will recover. Any replacement parts or further board work are quoted separately.
I normally reply within one working day. A request is not an acceptance, so keep the device with you until I confirm the next step.
