Complaints process

If something has not gone as expected, tell me clearly and I will investigate it against the request, quote, repair record, test record and communication history.

Pre-launch draft dated 3 August 2026. Professional review completed 4 August 2026; the business-specific complaint and ADR route remains a launch check.

Send the complaint

Email repairs@rmcdevicerepairs.co.uk. Include your repair reference if you have one, the device, what went wrong, when it happened and the outcome you are seeking.

I investigate

I acknowledge the complaint, tell you what information I need and give you an expected response date. I review the written evidence and may ask to inspect the device.

You receive a written answer

I explain what I found, any proposed remedy and the next escalation route. A warranty concern does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Postal contact

142 Holbeck Moor RoadLeedsWest YorkshireLS11 9QL

Mail-in service only — no walk-ins or public drop-offs. Do not post a device until your request has been accepted in writing and you have received the packing instructions.

What to include

  • Your name and the email address used for the request.
  • The website or repair reference, if available.
  • A short chronology and the specific issue you want investigated.
  • Relevant photos or documents only where they are safe and necessary.
  • The resolution you think would put matters right.

Do not send passwords, passcodes, full payment credentials, private screens or unrelated personal documents.

Possible outcomes

Depending on the evidence and your legal rights, an outcome may include an explanation, further inspection, repeat performance, repair under warranty, an appropriate price reduction, a refund or another agreed remedy. No particular outcome is promised before the facts are investigated.

If we remain in disagreement

I will provide a final written response explaining the position and the next route available. The production process must contain the applicable alternative-dispute-resolution information once the business-specific position is recorded. You may obtain independent consumer advice from Citizens Advice, and your right to use the courts is not removed.

Privacy or accessibility concerns

You can use this process for a website accessibility concern. For personal-information rights or a data-protection complaint, see the privacy notice, which also explains the route to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
